Tooling is the single most important part of your extrusion line. We view tooling as a "mini system" within your system. The extruder head and the calibration tooling must work together to give the best quality product for sale to your customers.
We offer our own proven designs for In-Line heads, Crossheads, Co-extrusion heads, and small to mid-size Strand dies. We also will remake heads and components for existing tooling that you may use now. We also can adapt your existing tooling to new extruders or vacuum tanks. We specialize in the remanufacture of "Gatto" heads and calibrators.
